B2B Sales Executive

We are a rapidly growing logistics technology company seeking ambitious sales talent to join our commercial team. This position provides a direct opportunity to drive the company's growth and create real impact for clients across various industries.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics and transportation
Negotiate pricing and prepare accurate sales quotations
Collaborate with internal teams to align customer expectations with operations
Track industry trends and analyze competitors to sharpen your sales approach
Hit (or exceed) monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide regular updates and forecasts to management
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (bonus if it's in logistics)
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
A strategic mindset with strong commercial instincts
Bachelor's degree, minimum GPA 3.0
Thrive in a tech-powered, fast-paced environment
Based in Jakarta and open to doing field visits
Bonus points if you already have a strong network in the logistics space
