About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead and supervise the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across company operations. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting ISO systems, supervising daily HSE activities, and driving a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:


•      Conduct safety training and safety induction for employees and contractors.


•      Perform daily safety patrols, safety campaigns, and follow up on identified findings.


•      Monitor and update HSE data, reports, KPIs, and legal compliance requirements.


•      Conduct safety inspections including machine checks (Riksa Uji), fire equipment, first aid facilities, and delivery truck safety.


•      Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, including preparation for and follow-up of external audits.


•      Supervise environmental activities such as waste management (B3 & Non-B3) and environmental measurements.


•      Prepare and submit government-related HSE reports (P2K3, RKL-RPL) and respond to customer HSE data requests.


•      Lead emergency drills, accident reporting, safety culture activities, and continuous improvement programs (5S, QCC, and Kaizen).

Qualifications:


•      Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.


•      Minimum 3-4 years of experience as HSE Supervisor, preferably in a Japanese automotive company.


•      Familiar with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems.


•      Familiar with 5S and QCC activities.


•      Possess General AK3 Certification.


•      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


•   Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
