Job Summary:
Kami sedang mencari Customer Service Representative yang teliti dan komunikatif untuk menangani pertanyaan pelanggan dan keluhan terkait penjualan online di TikTok dan Shopee. Kandidat ideal harus memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia, sabar, serta memiliki perhatian terhadap detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Menangani pesan pelanggan melalui chat TikTok dan Shopee secara profesional dan efisien.
- Memberikan solusi atas pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan dengan cepat dan sopan.
- Mengatur, memantau, dan memastikan semua pesanan berjalan lancar, termasuk proses pengiriman dan retur.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim gudang dan tim operasional untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
- Menyusun laporan harian/mingguan tentang pertanyaan pelanggan, keluhan, dan hasil penyelesaian.
- Mendukung aktivitas promosi dan penjualan saat campaign besar (contoh: 11.11,
Job Requirements:
- Berdomisili di Indonesia dan dapat bekerja dari rumah (work from home).
- Fasih berbahasa Indonesia (tulis dan lisan).
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Customer Service, lebih disukai di bidang e-commerce (Shopee / TikTok).
- Memiliki kemampuan mengetik cepat, sabar, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Mampu bekerja dengan sistem shift dan selama hari libur nasional jika dibutuhkan.
- Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki etika kerja yang baik.
Work Arrangement:
- Sistem kerja: Work from Home
- Jam kerja: Full-time (shift schedule)
- Lokasi: Indonesia
