BookMyShow Southeast Asia is part of BookMyShow, Asia's largest entertainment platform. Our ticketing services cater to a wide range of entertainment options including movies, concerts, theater, musicals, and sporting events. We continue to refine and expand our range of products which includes self-help ticketing, F&B cashless point-of-sales, and accreditation systems, to provide a complete solution to venues, theater groups, and promoters. With a total of over 20 million tickets sold a month across our markets and over 2 billion page views, we believe in providing top-notch entertainment services to our customers.
Job Description:
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction are achieved.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues in a highly manner.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, pricing, and company/event policies to assist customers effectively.
- Process the escalation of the unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain the records/report of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Collaborate with inter-department and other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Acting as the first tier to oversee and report issue to the related departments that occurred through customer reports
- On Ground Service on the event day as a helpdesk agent
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of Customer Service working experience (fresh graduate are welcome to apply), Worked in a start-up would be an added advantage, Passion for the Arts & Entertainment world
- Diploma or Degree in any related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin and Malay would be an added advantage
- Ms. Office, Xendit
- A get-things-done attitude, comfortable with giving suggestions, team player with good interpersonal skills and an eye for details, and ability to provide feedback to improve the customer service experience will be an added advantage
- Able to perform rotating shift schedules including weekends and public holidays
