Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in brand or e-commerce management (fashion industry preferred), with proven success in marketplace and live-commerce initiatives.
  • Strong skills in vendor management, cost negotiation, and proficiency with data tools (Google Sheets/BI) and basic financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing pricing, margin, and achieving GMV/CM targets.
  • Plus: Experience in Shopee/TikTok ecosystems and creator program integration.
  • Familiarity with key performance metrics: GMV & contribution margin, sell-through & inventory aging, OOS rate, rating/return %, campaign ROI, and live-commerce conversion.

Role Mission

Be the full P&L owner for Nabilaze, managing the brand end-to-end — from manufacturing to sales. You'll lead line planning, costing, inventory, content & live-commerce strategy, marketplace growth, and after-sales quality.

You'll Own

Strategy & P&L

  • Develop annual and quarterly business plans.
  • Define pricing and margin structures, buy plans, sell-through targets, and OTB.
  • Maintain weekly dashboards with clear, actionable insights.

Product & Production

  • Manage merchandise mix, specifications, MOQ, cost negotiations, lead times, and quality control.
  • Align supply planning with real-time demand signals and sustainability considerations.

Marketplace Growth

  • Build and execute the GMV roadmap across
    Tokopedia (with TikTok Shop integration)
    ,
    Shopee
    , and
    Lazada
    .
  • Oversee listings, search optimization, promo architecture, campaign participation, and live-commerce tactics aligned with leading local practices.

Content & Creators

  • Develop creative briefs for product shoots and live sessions.
  • Build and manage
    UGC/KOL pipelines
    and conduct regular performance reviews to optimize creator-driven campaigns.

Operations & Customer Experience

  • Monitor in-stock %, inventory aging, RTV/returns, chat SLAs, product ratings, and after-sales playbooks (warranty, service quality).

Compliance & Risk

  • Stay updated on policy, tax, and regulatory changes impacting e-commerce sellers in Indonesia.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a small
    cross-functional pod
    (design, supply, marketplace ops, and content).
  • Coach, develop, and establish effective working rituals.
