Brand Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective brand marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage brand budgets efficiently, ensuring the allocation of resources maximizes ROI for all marketing and branding activities.
- Event and Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing events and product launches, ensuring seamless integration with broader brand strategies.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including social media posts, advertisements and promotional materials to engage with target audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
- KOL & Influencer Handling: Identify, recruit, brief, manage, and evaluate Key Opinion Leaders and influencer partners to amplify campaign reach and strengthen brand positioning
- Ads Optimization & Scaling: Optimize paid advertising performance through audience segmentation, retargeting, creative iteration, and conversion funnel improvement using platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales and marketing) to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all initiatives
- Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats to the brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry, particularly within pet care.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in creating and managing engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media and traditional advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for identifying new business opportunities and driving brand growth.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
