We are building a corporate-grade brand that can scale with our portfolio: clear positioning, consistent messaging, credible proof points, and strong internal governance. We are hiring a Brand Marketing Lead who has real experience operating in a structured, cross-functional corporate environment and can lead brand strategy in a way that directly supports business outcomes.
The Role
We are hiring a Brand Marketing Lead to own and mature Skulytics' parent brand across a multi B2B SaaS portfolio. This is a leadership-track role for someone who can balance strategic narrative work with operational execution, build systems that scale, and partner tightly with executives, product, sales, partnerships, and customer teams.
You will be responsible for corporate brand positioning, message architecture, brand governance, and the core assets that enable consistent execution across products and entities.
Location: Bandung, Indonesia — On-Site (Dago)
Compensation: Competitive; aligned to corporate-level brand ownership and experience
What You'll Do
- Own parent-brand positioning for Skulytics across a multi-product, multi-entity B2B SaaS environment
- Build and maintain narrative architecture: corporate story, category framing, messaging pillars, proof strategy
- Translate strategy into field-ready assets: corporate deck, one-pagers, messaging matrix, partner kit, executive briefs
- Establish brand governance: templates, review workflow, version control, asset library, and usage enablement
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships to improve deal clarity, credibility, and consistency across customer touchpoints
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure brand claims are accurate, defensible, and consistently expressed
- Lead brand refreshes across priority channels (website, outbound decks, partner listings, internal documentation)
- Define and track brand measurement signals that matter in B2B (adoption, consistency, influence on pipeline)
Who You Are
- 6+ years in brand marketing, corporate marketing, or strategic marketing in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience in a corporate setting with cross-functional governance (Product, Sales, Execs, Legal/Security a plus)
- Strong positioning and messaging skills with evidence of moving from strategy to shipped assets
- Skilled at building operating systems: processes, templates, playbooks, and enablement that scale across teams
- Comfortable in executive-level communication and decision-making environments
- Able to write clearly and precisely for B2B buyers (procurement, ops, product, and technical audiences)
- Fluent English (written and spoken), able to collaborate daily with global stakeholders
- Able to work on-site in Bandung (Dago office)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in data infrastructure, APIs, PIM/catalog systems, enterprise SaaS, or marketplace ecosystems
- Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-product portfolios under a parent company
- Experience with partner ecosystem marketing and integration listing copy frameworks
- Familiarity with security and compliance narratives (SOC 2, enterprise procurement expectations)
- Experience driving case studies, proof points, or credibility storytelling in technical categories
