Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all project activities related to construction, installation, and facility improvement works.
  • Coordinate with contractors and/or suppliers regarding project planning, identify specification requirements, and review contractors' or suppliers' technical proposals.
  • Ensure the project is executed according to the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Monitor site progress and evaluate the performance of contractors and/or suppliers.
  • Ensure implementation of safety and health (HSE) procedures at the project site.
  • Prepare project work plans, progress reports, and documentation required by management.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Oversee building maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance for company facilities.
  • Identify and propose improvement or renovation projects to enhance building safety, functionality, and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree inCivil Engineering, Construction Managementor relatedfield.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or site work in construction or fabrication projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, technical drawings, and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and familiar with project management tools.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
  • Proactive, responsible, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to make sound and timely decisions.
