Job Description:


•⁠ ⁠Promote PV solar, BESS and EV charging systems & service to customers (residential, commercial, or industrial sectors).


•⁠ ⁠Conduct site surveys and prepare technical proposals, drawings, and cost estimations.


•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and partners.


•⁠ ⁠Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support.


•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with engineering project teams to ensure successful project implementation.


•⁠ ⁠Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.


•⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.


•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and government incentives related to solar installations.


•⁠ ⁠Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate leads and expand the INFIEN market presences

Requirements:


•⁠ ⁠Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.


•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar energy or electrical products.


•⁠ ⁠Technical understanding of photovoltaic systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.


•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


•⁠ ⁠Proficient in using design and simulation software and Microsoft Office.


•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with PLN interconnection processes and local permitting.


•⁠ ⁠Ability to travel across regions in Indonesia.


•⁠ ⁠Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
