Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer with a background in the packaging industry, particularly in form fill and seal machinery. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, a strong technical understanding, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the packaging sector.

  • Promote and sell form fill and seal machinery and related packaging solutions.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their packaging requirements.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer specifications are met.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the packaging industry, specifically with form fill and seal machinery.

  • Strong technical knowledge of packaging equipment and processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in MS Office and Autocad.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
