Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam mengawasi operasional dapur, memastikan kualitas makanan, serta mengelola tim dapur agar bekerja secara efisien dan sesuai standar kebersihan serta keamanan pangan.

Tanggung Jawab
Memimpin dan mengatur crew kitchen dalam kegiatan operasional harian

Memastikan semua makanan disiapkan sesuai dengan standar resep dan presentasi

Menjaga kebersihan dan keamanan dapur sesuai dengan standar hygiene dan sanitasi

Melakukan pengecekan persediaan bahan baku dan bekerja sama dengan tim purchasing

Melatih dan mengevaluasi kinerja anggota tim dapur Membuat laporan harian/mingguan kepada manajer operasional

Kualifikasi
Pria/Wanita Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Kitchen atau posisi serupa

Memahami prosedur operasional dapur dan food safety (HACCP lebih diutamakan)

Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan komunikasi yang baik

Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan dalam tim
