JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Controlling daily restaurant operations
  • Supervise all restaurant activity, both service and kitchen operational
  • Prepare a schedule for the crew and conduct a daily briefing
  • Handle customer feedback, including complaints and compliments

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum SMK or more preferable from Hospitality / Tourism or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor from a reputable Restaurant
  • Good leadership & well groomed
  • Good communication skills & customer service oriented
  • Willing to be placed in Batam
  • Training Jakarta (2 Months)
