HWAGA ARTHA BOGA sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Restaurant Outlet Manager di Tlk. Tering, Kepulauan Riau. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.

Persyaratan untuk peran ini:

  • Tersedia jam fleksibel
  • Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
  • Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp5,500,000 per bulan

Requirements :

  • Memiliki pengalaman 2–3 tahun sebagai Supervisor atau Outlet Manager di industri F&B
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di konsep AYCE, Korean BBQ, atau casual dining
  • Terbiasa memimpin ±20 orang staff dan outlet dengan tingkat kunjungan tinggi
  • Menguasai pengelolaan food cost, inventory, SOP kebersihan, serta efisiensi kitchen & service
  • Berpengalaman dalam stock opname, kontrol bahan baku, dan pelaporan penjualan
  • Mampu menggunakan sistem POS dan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel & Word)
  • Tegas, disiplin, komunikatif, mampu memecahkan masalah, dan bekerja di bawah tekanan
  • Siap bekerja shifting, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur nasional
