The main responsibilities include:

  • Provide legal advice to foreign investors seeking to establish PT PMA and other legal/tax services in Indonesia.
  • Guide customers and internal team with company registration, business licensing, trademark registration, as well as learn about additional legal services revolving around property and land ownership.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with our customers
  • Comprehensively understand tax/legal processes and be competent to process
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to add value to LMI customers with exclusive offers.
  • Attend networking events and explore new opportunities to expand LMI reach and influence in the market.
  • Look at ways to increase sales and work with the digital/performance team to create advertising campaigns.
  • Attend Networking events and present services to potential customers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Ability to work independently and socialize comfortably
  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Personable, fast learner, and capable of multitasking
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in setting up PT PMA, Indonesian Business Law and regulatory compliance.
