As the Human Resource, GA and Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing both legal matters and human resource & general affair functions across the organization. You will ensure that all operational practices align with legal requirements while fostering a workplace culture that promotes engagement, diversity, and growth. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of legal proficiency, strategic HR thinking, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Permit and Licenses, Government Relations, and all compliance related matters
  • Draft, review, analyze, verify and negotiate contracts, agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other related documents.
  • Provide appropriate legal counsel/support on legal-related matters, and advising school teams on compliance, risk mitigation, and legal best practices.
  • Address and assist in resolving any problem related to legal matter, managing legal risks and minimizing potential liability for the company.

Human Resource & General Affair Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and on boarding process
  • Overseeing performance reviews and create a performance improvement plans (training and development) to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and regulations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Building and maintaining a positive and productive work environment, handling grievances, and acting as a point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Maintain employee records and support employee attendance tracking, leave requests, and payroll documentation.
  • Helping Manager to run a daily HR task according to plans
  • Manage, coordinate, and support the GA team (Cleaning Service, Security, & Maintenance).
  • Manage overall institution cleanliness, maintenance, health, and safety.
  • Maintain HRGA documentation and assist with reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum)
  2. Proven experience (2+ years) in a legal or HR-related role, ideally with a focus on legal and/or organizational culture.
  3. Professional certificate in legal compliance is an advantage
  4. Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and legislation applicable in Indonesia.
  5. Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent management, performance management, and employee development.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  7. Experience in handling permit and licenses and compliance matters.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  9. Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and possess strong communication skills.
  10. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance legal risks and organizational goals.
  11. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
