We are looking for a Business Representative Supervisor, based in Bali, to oversee sales operations, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to grow our car rental business in Indonesia. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients for car rental services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide training, and guide the team to improve results.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and potential business partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Represent the company at business events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Background and experience

  • Bachelor's degree from any major
  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the car rental, transportation, or automotive industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage a team effectively.
  • Has a valid drivers license (SIM A) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Have legal authorization to work in Indonesia.
