Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities* Provide exceptional client service and support to internal and external clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner* Assist with the processing and resolution of client inquiries, requests, and complaints, escalating complex issues as necessary* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall client experience* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to client interactions and service delivery* Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives* Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance your knowledge and skillsRequirements* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently* Proficient in using relevant software and technology tools to support client service delivery* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of shared goals* Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
