As an Service Associate Front Office we rely on you to:

Take responsibility of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all timesSupervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities Upsell rooms to meet guests' needs when appropriateEnsure guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner

We are looking for someone who:

Takes pride in being a hotelierObsess over customer exoerienceEnjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutionsHigh proficiency in English both written and spokenPreferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industryPreferably comes from a hotel management-related education backgroundHas strong interpersonal and communication skillsUniversity/Diploma in Hotel ManagementAble to perform shift works or flexible working hoursSoftware Packages MS Word, excel, Opera System
