Business FunctionCorporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.Responsibilities* Provide exceptional client service and support to a diverse portfolio of corporate banking clients* Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring seamless transactions and compliance with bank policies* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth* Proactively monitor client accounts and portfolios, and recommend solutions to optimize client experience* Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centric initiatives and process improvements* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentationRequirements* Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions* Proficient in the use of relevant banking and client relationship management software* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities* Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining a high level of professionalismApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
