Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, a historic landmark hotel of Indonesia.
Kempinski Private Residences, a first-class serviced residential tower jointly managed with Kempinski Hoteliers.
Menara BCA, a 56 storey-premium-grade office tower that host multinational companies.

Front Office Agent
with the following requirements:
Qualifications:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree majoring in Hospitality Management.
- Fluent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken. Having other international language will be a plus point.
- Knowledgeable in front office operations
- Customer Service oriented.
- Proficient in operating computers.
Job Descriptions:
- Provide excellent service to the tenants.
- Coordinate all incoming requests, complaints and inquiries that will be distributed to the related departments.
- Establish good communication and relationship with the tenants.
- Maintain latest tenant's database and update the latest tenant's information.
- Knowledgeable in products and services for residence's daily activities.
