Ruang Lingkup Pekerjaan

1. Project Internal & Eksternal

• Mengelola seluruh aspek legal dan compliance untuk Project, termasuk penyusunan dokumen, korespondensi, monitoring, dan pelaporan.

• Menangani project eksternal yang melibatkan perbankan, perusahaan asuransi, maupun lembaga keuangan lainnya.

• Diutamakan memahami teknis operasional asuransi, proses klaim, serta alur komunikasi dengan pihak asuransi (adjuster, assessor, atau claim handler).

• Membuat Minutes of Meeting (MoM), covernote, dan komunikasi resmi kepada mitra eksternal.

2. Legal (Kontrak, Surat-Menyurat, Litigasi)

• Menyusun, mereview, dan memfinalisasi berbagai kontrak dan perjanjian (NDA, Mandate Letter, PKS, vendor agreement, dll.).

• Menyusun legal opinion serta analisis hukum terkait operasional perusahaan.

• Mengelola korespondensi hukum dengan bank, perusahaan asuransi, vendor, dan instansi terkait.

• Mendukung proses litigasi (perdata, sengketa klaim asuransi, sengketa kerja sama), termasuk koordinasi dengan lawyer eksternal.

• Pengalaman menangani dokumen atau kasus terkait asuransi akan menjadi nilai tambah yang kuat.

3. Compliance (Audit, Regulasi, SOP)

• Melaksanakan dan mendukung audit kepatuhan internal terkait manajemen kontrak, regulasi, dan risiko hukum.

• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, termasuk:

o Hukum Perdata dan Perseroan

o UU Ketenagakerjaan

o UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi

o Ketentuan terkait penagihan NPL

• Membantu penyusunan SOP dan kebijakan compliance perusahaan.

4. Manajemen Perizinan

• Mengurus perizinan korporasi seperti perubahan Anggaran Dasar, KBLI, dokumen Kemenkumham, hingga pengesahan Peraturan Perusahaan di Disnaker.

• Melakukan koordinasi dengan instansi pemerintah maupun regulator sesuai kebutuhan.

5. HRGA & Governance Support

• Mendukung administrasi ketenagakerjaan, termasuk kontrak kerja, SOP HRGA, dan dokumentasi karyawan.

• Membantu penyusunan, revisi, dan pengesahan Peraturan Perusahaan.
