As a Senior Manager, Supply Chain with us at B.Braun Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all supply chain activities—from supply and demand planning to warehouse management, export/import, distribution, and customer service.
Your mission is to achieve ideal inventory levels without compromising delivery performance or customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless coordination across the entire supply chain to support business goals and regulatory compliance.

Your key responsibilities:

• Strategic planning activity (supply & demand) to ensure stock availability and control stock level of inventory as per global/regional requirement, while managing delivery performance upon customer's request.
• Manage all projects from global/regional that related to SCM process smoothly implemented in local company, as well as custom clearance processes.
• Implement continuous improvement, develop and review SOP related with SCM & CS process.
• Manage all materials/products are store according to approved storage condition in order to maintain material quality.
• Manage & monitoring project, tender, auction and e-catalog orders.
• Responsible for driving the team and business to achieve the company's goals.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor / Master's degree in Logistics, Economics, Science or Industrial Engineering, or related.
• Across years' experience in overall supply chain (including warehouse, import/export, order processing, etc), particularly in supply & demand as a focus.
• Preferably experience in Healthcare industry (medical devices and/or pharmaceutical).
• Possess leadership and people-management experience.
• System knowledge of SAP and Excel is a must.
