The Role: Influencer Marketer - Remote

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Influencer Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to support brand awareness, user growth, and campaign objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop effective influencer strategies and ensure successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential influencers across various social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Develop influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals and audience growth targets.Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and present meaningful insights.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, analytics) to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, influencer landscape shifts, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., social listening, campaign tracking).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working at or with a social media/networking platform.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Creative thinking and ability to contribute new ideas to campaign strategies.
