to join our SharkNinja team. This role is responsible for leading marketing initiatives across multiple SBUs, ensuring consistent brand messaging, seamless execution, and strong collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Management

  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms for each SBU.
  • Lead and manage the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, ATL, BTL, POS, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated campaign plans, ensuring coherence and alignment with overall objectives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Provide clear and concise briefs to external agencies for social media, events, and content creation projects.
  • Collaborate with agencies to ensure deliverables align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor performance and quality of agency outputs, giving feedback and initiating adjustments when needed.
  • Oversee invoicing and ensure timely payment processing for agencies, vendors, and influencers.
  • Manage vendor registration and documentation processes in compliance with company standards.

Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring all logistics, timelines, and budgets are met.

Influencer & Community Partnerships

  • Identify and build partnerships with influencers, communities, media, and other external organizations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage influencer and community partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and target audience.
  • Brief influencers on campaign goals, deliverables, and messaging.
  • Track and measure influencer performance and engagement.
  • Negotiate terms and manage contracts to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.

Creative & Content Development

  • Collaborate with internal and external designers to produce compelling visual content for social media, ATL, POS, and BTL campaigns.
  • Provide clear creative briefs and review/approve designs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
