Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist at Brokoli Digital. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, and optimizing ad performance across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance metrics, creating reports, and collaborating with the team to provide solutions that drive positive results for clients. The role involves strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with clients and team members effectively.
  • Strong skills in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze trends and create data-driven performance marketing plans.
  • Experience in Sales with a focus on achieving client goals and improving ROI through optimized campaigns.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in digital advertising platforms and performance metrics analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote-focused environment.
  • Prior experience in managing cross-regional campaigns, especially in the APAC region, is an advantage.
