Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Mesin / Teknik Otomotif dan Alat Berat
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun pada posisi yang sama sebagai Trainer Operator
  • Memiliki sertifikat pelatihan seperti TOT (Training of Trainer) dan POP (Pelatihan Operasi Pertambangan) menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, coaching serta mentoring yang baik
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Kalimantan Barat
