Job Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and implement internal training programs through consultation with the Technical Training Section Head and/or relevant supervisory-level departments.
  • Develop, assist in, or participate in the creation of training materials that align with approved competency and qualification standards, and prepare all necessary supporting training documentation.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on learning and development activities within the division to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in a professional and safe manner.
  • Support the review and development of relevant policies and procedures as required to meet organizational needs.
  • Implement work procedures, evaluate the methods used, and provide recommendations for improvement to ensure that activities are conducted efficiently and effectively when necessary.
  • Develop training needs analyses and competency matrices at designated levels to ensure the effective implementation of training and competency development programs within the Coal Processing Plant and Port Operations areas.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer in Coal Processing Plant and Port Operations, preferably within the mining and minerals industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or equivalent position.
  • Holds a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
  • Holds a Level 4 Training of Trainers (ToT) certification.
