1.⁠ ⁠Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Majors in Marketing, Media/Communication, or Automotive Engineering are preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in automotive sales, real estate sales, or other high-value product sales.
  • Experience in live streaming (e-commerce host, entertainment host, etc.) with strong on-camera presence and audience engagement skills.
  • Fluent Indonesian with clear and articulate speech. English proficiency is a plus.
  • Minimum 160 cm.

  • Able to clearly explain vehicle features, specifications, and advantages in a simple and engaging way.
  • Able to manage high volumes of audience comments and questions.
  • Skilled at maintaining a lively and engaging live-stream atmosphere.
  • Able to remain calm and professional when facing unexpected situations.
  • Able to identify customer needs (budget, usage, preferences) through effective questioning.
  • Skilled at creating attractive "hooks" such as limited-time promotions or exclusive gifts to secure customer leads.
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and willingness to learn detailed product features and competitive insights.
  • Able to perform simple demonstrations (e.g., trunk space, infotainment features).
  • Professional and brand-aligned appearance.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to adapt to flexible live-stream schedules (including evenings or weekends).
  • Strong stress management abilities.

3.⁠ ⁠Key Responsibilities

  • Host engaging live streaming sessions to promote automotive products on TikTok, Tokopedia, and other platforms.
  • Prepare live scripts, product highlights, and interactive content to ensure attractive and professional live sessions.
  • Interact actively with viewers, answer questions, and gather customer leads (phone number, WhatsApp/WeChat).
  • Follow up with leads generated from live streams to schedule test drives and support the sales process.
  • Review performance after each live session and work with the team to improve content, strategy, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
