RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies to support brand growth.
  • Manage relationships with affiliates (influencers, bloggers, promo platforms), including promotional materials, campaigns, and commissions.
  • Plan and implement affiliate campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to drive sales and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, social media) to ensure aligned strategies.
  • Prepare affiliate performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement

EQUIREMENTS

  • Min. 1–2 years experience in affiliate marketing is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking tools, and performance-based marketing.
  • Familiar with digital platforms, social media, and e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Skilled in affiliate recruitment, relationship management, and campaign optimization.
  • Data-driven with good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends and able to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
