About the Role

We are a fast-growing fashion brand scaling aggressively on TikTok Shop and Shopee. We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist who can:

  • Recruit high-performing affiliate creators,
  • Manage campaigns and relationships,
  • Increase daily affiliate-driven GMV,
  • Build win–win incentives for creators,
  • Analyze performance and optimize payouts,
  • Grow the brand's exposure through micro & macro creators.

This role is performance-driven — not an admin job.

You will directly influence daily sales and exposure.


Responsibilities
  • Recruit new TikTok Shop & Shopee affiliates daily.
  • Build relationships with creators and maintain communication channels.
  • Coordinate product seeding, discounts, and special offers for affiliates.
  • Create affiliate campaigns and manage promo periods.
  • Analyze affiliate performance (conversion rate, GMV, ROAS, creator ranking).
  • Optimize affiliate payout structure to maximize profitable volume.

  • Track campaign results and prepare weekly summaries of:

  • GMV from affiliate

  • Cost per creator
  • Top creators
  • Profitability of campaigns
  • Monitor TikTok algorithm shifts related to affiliate content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, livestream team, and creative team.

Requirements
  • Experience in TikTok Shop Affiliate or influencer management.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable DM-ing creators, talking to agencies, and closing deals.
  • Understands how TikTok content works (hooks, angles, viral patterns).
  • Able to work fast and handle multiple creators at once.
  • Organized, reliable, and results-oriented.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)
  • Experience with fashion/influencer products.
  • Background in marketing, communications, or commerce.
  • Ability to do basic content direction for creators.
  • Knowledge of affiliate seeding optimization.
