We carry a wide range of products, from consumer goods to household appliances, to support the strong presence and on-time deliveries of our principals in the Modern Trade Channel and E-Commerce platforms. Our company is located in Pulogadung, East Jakarta.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in East Jakarta for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing affiliate programs, developing and maintaining relationships with partners, monitoring performance metrics, and providing strategies to increase affiliate engagement. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating digital marketing campaigns, analyzing online marketing trends, and improving marketing communications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, recruit, and manage new affiliates according to target.

  2. Build strong, professional relationships with affiliates through effective communication.

  3. Ensure all affiliates clearly understand campaign briefs, promotions, and targets.

  4. Monitor affiliate performance (traffic, sales, engagement) on a regular basis.

  5. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for optimization.

  6. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, ads) to support campaign needs.

  7. Manage the affiliate database and continuously expand the network to support brand growth.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong time management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns without compromising quality.
  • Previous experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/KOL management, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Having an existing affiliate database is a strong plus.
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and sales targets.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools & e-commerce/social media platforms.
