Role Description

The Affiliate Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing Goby Beauty's affiliate program. This includes handling partnerships with affiliate partners and agencies, monitoring performance, optimizing strategies to drive sales, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, including creator agencies and micro to macro affiliates.
  • Manage affiliates on the e-commerce platform to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliates performance and build strategies accordingly.
  • Discuss with the e-commerce team and build strategies for each affiliate, including product differentiation, commission, and other support.
  • Identify potential affiliate partners and recruit new affiliate partners.
  • Generate reports on affiliate partner performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Minimum 6 months of experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing systems and backend, including but not limited to seller centers, tracking links, creatives, and reporting.
  • Have a deep understanding of the affiliate marketing industry and a solid understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented.
