As part of our growing operations, the Marketing & Brand Activation Manager is responsible for strengthening Atambah's brand presence through impactful marketing initiatives, strategic brand activations, and community engagement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen Atambah's market positioning and identity.
  • Conceptualize and execute brand activation programs, including in-store promotions, sampling activities, collaborations, and experiential activations.
  • Lead end-to-end planning of activation campaigns: from ideation and budgeting to execution and post-activation reporting.
  • Work with creative teams to develop promotional materials, digital content, and visual assets for campaigns.
  • Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and partnership channels.
  • Identify and collaborate with lifestyle partners, beverage brands, event organizers, and influencers.
  • Build long-term partnerships that generate mutual brand value and expand Atambah's visibility.
  • Communicate effectively with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to align operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives and creative support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand activation, marketing management, or event-based brand roles, preferably in retail, F&B, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries, with at least 1 year in supervisory role.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, managing brand activations, and large-scale marketing campaign is highly preferred.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, consumer behavior, and brand-building principles.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
