Key Responsibilities:

  1. Overall Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
  6. Budget Management: Manage the operational budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
  7. Supply Chain and Retail Management: Oversee the supply chain and retail operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  8. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

    • Proficient in process improvement methodologies.

    • Strong understanding of supply chain & retail.
  • Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Chinese.
  • Willing to be placed in all areas of Indonesia
