About the Role

The Ads Operations Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end management, optimization,

and performance analysis of all paid media campaigns across META (Facebook &

Instagram), TikTok, and Google Display Network. This role is critical for driving qualified

traffic, generating leads, and improving overall conversion performance across multiple

digital channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Increase qualified leads volume.
  • Maintain or improve CPL and ROAS benchmarks.
  • Deliver consistent traffic growth across all channels.
  • Enhance conversion rates by refining audience targeting and optimizing creative performance.
  • Maintain compliance with each platform's advertising policies and brand safety guidelines.
  • Optimize campaigns by adjusting budgets, bids, and targeting based on real-time performance data.
  • Develop and propose data-driven paid media strategies tailored to each platform's strengths and audience behaviors.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.
  • Proficient in META Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Display Network.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking tools, pixels, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Certification in Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or TikTok Academy will be a plus point
  • Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Riau or Medan, North Sumatra
