Role Description

We are seeking an IT Support and Productivity Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Jakarta, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and managing IT infrastructure. You will implement and maintain productivity tools to optimize workflows, support end-users by offering friendly and effective assistance, and ensure seamless operations through system upgrades and maintenance. Additionally, you will participate in identifying opportunities for improving team efficiency through technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and the ability to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Proficiency in management and deployment of IT infrastructure, including system upgrades and configuration of productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of productivity software, ticketing tools, and collaboration platforms to enhance team efficiency and workflows.
  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge and familiarity with IT automation tools are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work with end-users across various technical skill levels.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks, work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
