Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will assist in daily operations, coordinate marketing activities, handle customer inquiries, and help improve customer satisfaction and sales growth.


Job Description
  • Support sales and marketing teams in daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents for clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, and direct communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, leads, and market trends.
  • Help identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in English is a must, can speak Mandarin (a plus)
  • Having 2-3 years working experience in Sales
  • Can go business trip local or oversea
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, CRM, email marketing) is an advantage.
