You'll help grow our community, build lasting relationships with customers and partners, and share the warmth of Amberine through marketing and sales initiatives.

Sales & Reservations


• Handle and manage all reservations (TableCheck, WhatsApp, social media).

• Convert inquiries into bookings for Play & Dine, birthday parties, group visits, and corporate events.

• Follow up on leads, send proposals, and ensure monthly sales targets are met.

• Monitor available time slots and help maximize daily occupancy.

Guest Communication


• Respond quickly and warmly to guest messages across all channels.

• Provide clear information about menus, time slots, packages, and play rules.

• Guide guests to choose the best slot or package for their visit.

Marketing Support


• Assist with simple marketing activities that support sales.

• Help prepare basic content materials when needed .

• Collect customer insights to improve packages and promotions.

Reporting & Coordination


• Prepare weekly sales updates and booking reports.

• Keep sales materials and price lists updated.

• Coordinate with the Operations and FOH team to ensure smooth event execution.

Qualifications


• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales or Marketing (F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brand preferred).

• Strong communication, sales negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Target-driven, proactive, and confident in building connections.

• Comfortable using social media and digital tools.

• Passionate about family-friendly hospitality and creating delightful customer experiences.
