The Day-to-Day Activities

  1. Lead and be responsible for the achievement of performance and business management as well as all operational activities in branch office.
  2. Ensure the business target is achieved in accordance with the specified business strategy.
  3. Supervise operational activities at branch office to ensure all systems and procedures
  4. Have been running in accordance with established procedure.
  5. Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement.
  6. Evaluate the proposed financing submitted to decide whether or not the financing is appropriate.
  7. Feedback and coaching on the performance appraisal of subordinates.
  8. Maintain and control cost for all operational cost at the branch in order to be effective and efficiency.

The Must-Haves

  1. Bachelor's degree in any major.
  2. 5+ years experience as Team Leader or branch manager in Banking area.
  3. Good Communication and negotiation skill.
  4. Very understood related Financing, Risk and branch operations.
  5. Excellent in Leadership and Problem Solving
  6. Having good relationship
