Company Description

  1. Arranging planning and budget for the branch to ensure the availability of guidelines for operational activities

  2. Planning, directing, authorizing, and evaluating the sales process (sales process) and distribution

  3. Directing, authorizing, monitoring and evaluating branch office finances

  4. Planning, supervising and evaluating marketing intelligence activities and product marketing / promotion

  5. Develop, ensure and evaluate goodwill trade programs (good relations support programs), harmonizing relationships with branch principal representatives.

  6. Directing, authorizing, and evaluating branch personnel performance

  7. Planning, directing, monitoring and implementing property management, including identification of needs, maintenance, and facilities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch staff, coordinate with other divisions, set and achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Sales and business development skills, with experience in setting and meeting targets.
  • Operational management skills, including knowledge of resource allocation and process optimization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle challenges effectively and ensure smooth operations.
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics and trends in Jakarta or Indonesia is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools, systems, or software for managing operations and reporting.
