Key Responsibilities :

  1. Lead overall branch operations including trucking operations, fleet maintenance, sales, finance, and supporting functions.
  2. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  3. Own and manage branch P&L, budgeting, cost control, and asset optimization.
  4. Ensure operational compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
  6. Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams to drive performance and talent growth.
  7. Monitor branch performance through KPIs, operational, and financial reports.
  8. Coordinate closely with Head Office and Top Management on strategic initiatives and reporting.
  9. Identify new business opportunities and proactively manage operational and business risks.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Master's degree is an advantage).
  2. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in logistics / transportation / 3PL, with 3–5 years at senior management level .
  3. Strong knowledge of trucking operations, fleet management, and logistics business processes.
  4. Proven experience in P&L management, cost efficiency, and business growth.
  5. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  7. High integrity, result-driven mindset, and willingness to travel as required.
