Job Description :

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the branch team (including staff, supervisors, and other employees).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster professional development.
  • Hire, train, and onboard new employees.
  • Create a positive and productive work environment.
Sales & Business Development:
  • Drive sales targets and performance to meet or exceed business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand business with existing customers.
  • Ensure effective cross-selling of services/products to meet client needs.
  • Track and analyze branch sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Customer Service:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the branchs budget, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance, sales activities, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and resources effectively.
Reporting & Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of branch operations and staff.
  • Prepare reports on sales, performance metrics, and other key performance indicators.
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed, including payroll and scheduling.

Strategic Planning:

  • Work with senior management to set branch goals and objectives.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for the branch's future direction.

Requirement :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Several years of experience in a managerial role, particularly in a retail, banking, or service-oriented industry.
  • Proven experience in sales, team management, and customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate and manage a team, delegating tasks effectively.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
