About the Role

The IT Project/Transformation Manager will develop a comprehensive IT Blueprint strategy to map current systems, identify priority gaps, and propose new solutions aligned with business needs. This role involves evaluating and implementing new technologies and digital transformation initiatives across the company ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive IT Blueprint strategy to map current systems, identify priority gaps, and propose new solutions aligned with business needs
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and digital transformation (example AI integration, etc.) across all departments within the company ecosystem to improve business operations
  • Ensure centralized data governance, data analytical and system scalability to support timely and data-driven decision-making
  • Act as the main liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure responsiveness, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact projects
  • Drive and execute continuous improvement to boost productivity and operational efficiency for company
  • Manage and control budget and costs to maximize profitability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position of IT Project/Transformation Manager or related field in manufacturing/FMCG/pharmaceutical companies

Required Skills

  • Strong background in IT system architecture, ERP, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise-level digital transformation
  • Proven experience in IT project management, stakeholder coordination, and business process reengineering
  • Familiarity with AI implementation in operations and customer-facing systems is highly desirable
  • Ability to create and execute a systemwide IT roadmap and prioritize based on business value
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills
  • Willing to be placed at
    Cikarang (full on-site)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing IT projects in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the IT landscape
