ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a
Senior UI/UX Product Designer
to own and elevate the end-to-end product design experience of Gotrade. This role goes beyond visuals — it's about
crafting experiences that are intuitive, human-centered, and drive measurable product outcomes
.

As a Senior Contributor (L3), you will
own outcomes, not just output
:

  • Championing design decisions backed by data and research
  • Driving continuous improvements across flows, features, and journeys
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and growth teams to bring ideas to life
  • Ensuring Gotrade stands out as one of the most user-friendly financial apps in Indonesia

Location: Full-time, on-site in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the
    end-to-end product design process
    : from research, ideation, and prototyping to delivery and iteration.
  • Translate complex trading and investing concepts into
    simple, elegant user flows and interfaces
    .
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are
    practical, scalable, and effective
    .
  • Create
    design systems
    that maintain consistency while allowing innovation.
  • Conduct
    usability testing and user research
    to validate ideas and improve experiences.
  • Continuously improve product outcomes by analyzing metrics such as
    activation, retention, and engagement
    .

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of professional experience in
    UI/UX/Product Design
    .
  • A
    portfolio
    showcasing end-to-end design work on digital products (not just landing pages or marketing).
  • Strong skills in Figma (or equivalent), prototyping tools, and design systems.
  • Experience with
    usability testing, wireframing, and user research
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    mobile-first and responsive design
    .
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Plus: experience in fintech, trading, or other complex consumer-facing apps.
