Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy.

  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and patterns.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity and implementation.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior product designers.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a product designer, preferably in a tech-based company minimum 5 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and the ability to solve complex design problems.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for user experience and continuous learning.
  • Expertise in product design and user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior product designers.
  • Comfortable working in an agile development environment.
