Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Extensive experience in hospitality management, operations, and business development
  • Expertise in customer service excellence and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or F&B establishments is advantageous
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial
