As Desktop Support, you'll be responsible but not limited to:

  • Provide desktop and end-user support, including executive/VIP assistance.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for standard and specialized devices.
  • Install and configure MIS infrastructure services.
  • Perform maintenance, system monitoring, and housekeeping to ensure system integrity and compliance with global IT security standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, equipment testing, and prepare milestone reports and documentation.
  • Ensure all activities follow company policies, procedures, and IT service standards.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work from office in Jakarta.
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop or end-user support; experience supporting executives in large organizations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware/software, networking fundamentals, Active Directory, Group Policy, and IT security.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Familiarity with server maintenance, network configuration, software licensing, and ITIL-based service tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, customer service focus, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential executive support needs professionally.
  • Good English skills.
