About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our dynamic culinary team at PT. IAS HOSPITALITY INDONESIA' in Bali. As a Cook in our Hot/Cold Kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, delicious meals that showcase our commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our growing hospitality group.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold dishes to our exacting standards
  2. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and work surfaces are kept sanitised
  3. Collaborating with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
  4. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  5. Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
  6. Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team dynamic

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook or Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
  2. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and menu development
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
  7. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
