What we're looking for:

  • Diploma's degree graduates from any major
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR or HRGA role, preferably in a Manufacturing company
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Holds JLPT N3 or higher [MANDATORY]
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and payroll processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems

What you'll be doing:

  • Monthly Payrol handling (Preparation until submit and approve)
  • Handling company Legal
  • Handling all compensation and benefit of employee (All item)
  • Understand how to draft company rule
  • Understand BPJS rules
  • Recruitment Handling
  • Employees evaluation handling
  • Understanding Labours Law
  • Experience in employee bipartite negotiations
  • Able to handle wage scale structure (SKALA Upah)
  • Disnaker Audit handling
  • Organize company events (Familly gathering, Company Dinner, Company sport event, etc)
