About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Tepung Premix' in Cikarang Barat, West Java Industrial Area MM2100. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR and General Affairs functions within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the administration and coordination of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  2. Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and database management
  4. Process payroll, benefits, and other employee-related transactions
  5. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
  6. Assist with general office management and administrative tasks
  7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery
  8. Industrial Relation
  9. Expatriate Permit
  10. Environment Arrangement Report

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry ( Food Manufacturing )
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational & Negotiational Vendor Supplier skills
  3. Payroll , Familiar With BPJS ( Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan )
  4. Proficient in HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with local labour laws and HR compliance requirements
  8. Industrial Relation
  9. Good in English
  10. Japanese Language is Plus
